Your charges are inexplicable and exhorbitant .. why can't you provide a service that is affordable to everyone and still make your bottom line profit that you think is so necessary to line your pockets?
Shame on you for the cost of the Service you think your providing to the families that are so in need of your service and you take advantage of the situation that you knowing full well there is no other alternative to make phone calls to or from your loved ones!!
Why can't you step up to the plate and be innovative and make the phone calls to people that are incarcerated affordable to their families?
